Update phrasing

...to include "but not in its country of origin". While this tag is good for many images, there is only a small niche of files under which this would apply. We need to limit such use and making this template's contents clearer would be helpful. Buffs (talk) 13:43, 5 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
