The Pauline Quirke Academy of Performing Arts is a multi-site performing arts academy for young people (aged 4–18)[1] set up and endorsed by English actress Pauline Quirke in 2007.[2] As of October 2015 it was located in 68 towns and cities throughout the world.[3] The centres do not provide mainstream education, instead focusing purely on the arts and young people attend outside of their normal school hours, normally at weekends.[4] Fees are paid monthly and there is a reduction for siblings of existing student.[5]

In 2015 Virgin Holidays teamed up with the PQA to offer young holidaymakers at the Savannah Beach Hotel, Barbados, the chance to participate in classes.[6]
