The Twelve Chairs (Czech: Dvanáct křesel; Polish: Dwanaście krzeseł) is a 1933 Czechoslovak-Polish comedy film directed by Martin Frič and Michał Waszyński[1] freely based on the eponymous novel by Soviet authors Ilya Ilf and Evgeny Petrov.
