The Weekly News[2] is a national newspaper published every Thursday[3] by the Dundee newspaper chain DC Thomson.[4] Billed as "the paper with the feelgood factor", it has been in production since 1855, and contains news and features on a broad range of subjects. The paper has recently undergone a redesign and its content appears in six colour-coded sections: That's real life, Entertainment, Lifestyle, Prizes/puzzles, Short stories and Sport. It is also well regarded for its cartoon content. The paper has three offices - Dundee (head), Glasgow and Manchester - and its Editor is Donald Martin.
