The Tornado outbreak of February 13–14, 2000 was a tornado outbreak that occurred between February 13 and February 14. Three deadly tornadoes raked several counties of southwest Georgia (USA), killing 18 and causing extensive damage to neighborhoods on the south edge of Camilla, where eleven died, as well as the area north of Meigs, where six died. It was the single deadliest tornado outbreak in the United States between June 1999 and October 2002. Other tornadoes struck Arkansas, Alabama, Tennessee, Florida and the Carolinas during the 12-hour outbreak.

Arkansas

One mobile home was pushed off its foundation. Several other structures sustained varying forms of damage. Two people were injured in Lonoke County.

Many power lines and hundreds of trees were downed. A trailer manufacturing plant was also destroyed. All fatalities were in mobile homes. 175 people were injured. Damage estimates were at $20 million.
F3	SW of Spence to E of Meigs	Grady, Thomas, Mitchell	0549	15 miles (24 km)	6 deaths - Tornado clipped the north side of Meigs. 15 homes were destroyed and numerous others were damaged. Eight chicken houses were flattened, killing a half million chickens. Hundreds of trees were snapped as well. 15 people were also injured.

F2	S of Omega	Colquitt, Tift	0639	6 miles (9.6 km)	1 death - Several mobile homes were damaged in Colquitt County, where the fatality occurred in a mobile home. In Tift County, twelve mobile homes and eight pre-fabricated homes were destroyed. Frame homes were damaged, some of which were pushed from their foundations. Many trees and power lines were downed, and a bus was blown into a home. Ten people were injured in Tift County.
