The UAA College of Education, located on the main Goose Lake campus is the largest education college in Alaska and trains more teachers than any other institution within the state of Alaska[citation needed]. It offers a bachelor's program in elementary education and master's programs in secondary education, music and physical education, and counseling. Under the aegis of the Department of Educational Leadership, it is also the only institution providing school-administrator training in the State of Alaska.
