Plot

The story starts in Moga, Punjab, where Tejo Kaur Sandhu and Jasmin Kaur Sandhu are sisters with different personalities. Jasmin is an immature, childish and a bubbly college student who dreams of living her life in Canada. Tejo is a mature, caring and responsible Lecturer who wants to stay in her hometown and fulfil her dreams of being a Psychology Professor without leaving her family. Fateh Singh Virk is a Boxer who loves Jasmin and dreams of marrying her.

When Fateh finds out that Jasmin would only marry someone who is settled in Canada, he begins searching for a job in Canada. Once he manages to finds a job there, Jasmin and Fateh come closer. Tejo's marriage is fixed with a guy named Jass who is settled in Canada. Post the wedding, Jass runs away and it is revealed that he is a fraud who has done the same with multiple families. Tejo is left shattered. Days before Fateh and Jasmin's wedding, he finds out that there are some complications in his job in Canada. Jasmin leaves Fateh and refuses to marry him in front of everyone after knowing the truth. Fateh is heartbroken. Tejo tries to convince Jasmin to return and marry Fateh but Jasmin denies. For the sake of their family's reputation, Fateh and Tejo get married unwillingly.

Soon after, Jasmin realizes that she wants Fateh back in her life and starts planning evil tactics to get Fateh back. The Sandhu family makes Jasmin meet a guy named Gippy who is settled in Canada. Jasmin agrees to marry Gippy only to make Fateh feel jealous. She confesses her love to Fateh and fakes burning her passport to prove her love. Not having moved on, Fateh cheats on Tejo with Jasmin. When Tejo finds out about it, she is shattered and reveals the truth to the family who are enraged and upset. Tejo and Fateh divorce each other.

Tejo meets Angad Maan, an NRI, businessman and investor. Angad is impressed with Tejo's plans, proposal and vision. Fateh and Jasmine start their wedding plans. Fateh and Jasmin's family decide not to attend their weddings unless Tejo and Angad get married. Tejo tells him that their engagement will be fake as she isn't ready for her 3rd marriage to which Angad agrees. Tejo put forth condition in front of Khushbeer and Rupy that only her and Angad's engagement will happen not marriage because she will need time for it. They agree to it but Khushbeer also puts a condition that Angad and her engagement will happen on the same day and same place of Jasmin and Fateh's wedding, to which she agrees. Before the marriage Fateh gives Jasmin ticket for Canada as his surprise and says that there is more surprise that he will give her. Soon Fateh and Jasmin get married. Fateh's family confronts him and get enraged about him going to Canada but reconcile. Tejo reveals the truth about her fake engagement to Rupy and tells him that she is going somewhere else so that she can live in peace and forget about her past.

When Fateh and Jasmine are about to board their flight, Fateh asks Jasmine for her boarding pass and passport and in doing so burns them both. Jasmine is stunned and shouts at Fateh, who looks on and laughs. He reveals that their marriage was fake and they took only 6 rounds instead of 7 and that the pandit was an actor. Fateh also reveals that he now knows that Jasmin was faking her love and only wants to show Tejo down. He says that he now wants only Tejo's happiness with Angad. Jasmin regrets on her bad deeds but she is disowned by everyone and is left alone. Jasmin starts planning to ruin Tejo and Fateh's life. Jasmin still believes that Tejo is behind ruining her and Fateh's relationship. She begins her hunt to know about their whereabouts. She quickly learns from Sweety that Fateh has left and is not in Moga. She continues to let everyone believe that she and Fateh are in Canada by sharing a picture on site. Elsewhere, Tejo tries to look out for some jobs. She's perplexed on seeing Angad's behavioural difference with Riya and other kids. Later, Angad reveals that Riya is his elder brother Arjun Maan's daughter who died in an accident.
