As well as activating dialogues between women and men readers and writers and ensuring the revitalization of intellectual, cultural, political, social and environmental discussions, with the aim of reaching a just humanitarian ground suitable for building a modern, democratic, secular civil society that guarantees equality and social justice. It respects the human right to life, work, decent living, freedom of association, expression, demonstration and strike, freedom of belief and belonging, etc., in addition to activating political, cultural, and intellectual dialogue between different parties, to achieve the goals set by the Al-Hewar Foundation at its first launch. Over the past years, the website has become a public humanitarian platform open to all, especially to all leftist, secular and democratic currents, and even to enlightened religious trends.[7]

Left-Wing Identity[edit]

Al-Hewar Al-Mutamaden is one of the most important applications of the electronic left, and the electronic leftist identity is one of the most important pillars adopted by the "Al-Hewar Al-Mutamaden - Modern discussion" Foundation, which is based on it in all the mechanisms and joints of its work. The "Al-Hewar Al-Mutamaden - Modern discussion" was able to promote the concept of the plurality of the left platforms, openness to each other, and renounce the monopoly of the absolute truth. It also focused on the need for effective dialogue and the mutual influence between leftist and democratic parties, organizations, and personalities. He was a tireless advocate and constant promoter of cooperation, coordination, and joint action among them in the Arab world.[8]

At the same time, it differed somewhat from the working mechanisms of the traditional left in the ways of organization, promotion and expression, and the content of the intellectual and political speech. It used and invented new concepts, extracted lessons from the left's setbacks and mistakes, and based its work on technical and electronic progress, complete openness, and respect for the other opinion internally and externally. Addressing all of society, not limited to elites, and engaging them in expressing their concerns and dialogue with them.

All of this led to great success in reaching wider circles of societies that it wanted and sought to convey to the orientations of the left, Marxist thought and the general human and liberation thought. As well as publishing and promoting the struggles of local and international labor and trade union movements, launching hundreds of campaigns in support of freedoms, human rights, women and the masses.
