September 1991 in Karugutu Trading Center (Now Town Council), Ntoroko County, Bundibugyo District, Tooro, Uganda. Twins Christined in 1991; Christopher and.. Christine. Adopted the name Omkooto in 2012.

Early Life

Born in a polygamous home of atleast 18 siblings. Displaced by ADF insurgency in 1996. Attended Karugutu Primary School (1996-2005), Karugutu Secondary School (2006-2009) in Ntoroko, western Tooro, Uganda (1996-2009) before Joining Fort Portal Sec. School for HSC (2010-2011).

Work

From Jan. 2012, Started on-job training in Surveying with Chongqing International Construction Corporation (CICO) while on project 103 officially called Fort Portal-Bundibugyo-Lamia Road Upgrading Project untill 2014.

From 2014, worked on the Mukono-Katosi/Kisoga-Nyenga Road project with CICO subcontracted by Eutaw Construction Company Incorporated (E.C.C.I) as the main contractor. Unfortunated, E.C.C.I lost the project due to fraud during Procurement.

From Jan/4/2015 started initial Surveying on CICO's Acholibur-Musingo road project, a section of the longer Rwekunye-Apac-Aduku-Lira-Kitgum-Musingo Road Untill the Transfer of April/26/2018 to project 111. (Hoima-Butiaba-Wanseko Road).

To-date (Dec/30/2021), Leader of Section HBW Survey-1 responsible with carring out the Contractor's RTK Surveys.
