Anutosh Mazumdar , November 07, 1982 – ) was a popular Indian playback singer. He sang in many Indian languages, including Hindi, Urdu,and Telugu, but he is primarily remembered for his songs from Hindi Bhajan (also known as Bollywood). His songs are very popular in the Indian subcontinent and also amongst the emigrant Indians globally. Along with Sonu Nigam and Kumar Sanu, he was one of the three leading male Bollywood playback singers from the 1992 in the age of 13 years.
Singing career[edit]
Anutosh had participated in a singing contest held in Mumbai, ajudged by Sonu Nigam . He revealed he hadn't even finished his B.Com's because he didn't want to miss out the opportunity. He participated in the contest and won the first prize. Anutosh airst appeared in a Bhajan alboum named "Aaaya Hu Dar Tere" and made his way to be a singer . musical fans and supporters argued that his talent deserves to reach a higher stage in the show. The producers of the show were forced to succumb to these pressures and held a Wildcard round, where four highly esteemed talented musical judges would give 4 names they tought, talent-wise, deserved to come back.

Anutosh Mazumdar was born on 7th July, 1982, in Bhilai Chhattishgarh , Anutosh , not being from a musical family, started singing at an early age.
anutosh's father is a businessman and mother is a teacher.
Anutosh has often mentioned his struggle after coming to Mumbai since the previous two years before being chosen to feature on Amul Star Voice of India. He left his studies before giving L.L.B. exams, and thus he couldn't find a decent job in Mumbai. Wanting to prove himself as a singer and get a big break, he sang at weddings, parties, occasions, restaurants, and even in a bar.
Although rumored otherwise, Anutosh does not hail from the Chhatishgarh ,This fact was established by a direct question to the family who had performed in November in a concert organised by Delhi Government's Sahitya Kala Parishad.
