I'm an historian by training - undertook my undergraduate, masters and PhD studies at Cambridge university and specialised in the History of British Intelligence in China in the 1930s. I have contributed to several of the leading works in this area including the authorised histories of MI5 and SIS. Whilst I still maintain an interest in Intelligence Studies I work primarily in Corporate Finance with a focus on Natural Resources and am particularly interested in the Diamond and Precious Metals Industry. I'm also an avid fan of yachts, the Middle East, and classical music and hope to contribute articles on these topics as well.
