Ranier Vincent Felipe Dy (born December 15, 1992) is a Filipino Pilot, Pilot Instructor, Armed Forces of the Philippines Officer (Reserves) and Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary Officer from Biñan, Laguna (province). He is currently an Airline Pilot for PAL Express, under Philippine Airlines, the Flag Carrier of the Philippines.
