Paul Fox is a Canadian film and television director. Films directed by Fox include The Dark Hours (2005) and Everything's Gone Green (2007). He also directed multiple episodes of many TV series, including Schitt's Creek, This Life, Rookie Blue, Overruled!, Life with Derek, Workin' Moms, and Anne with an E.[1]

Career[edit]

Fox directed his first feature film, The Dark Hours, in 2004 - a low budget slasher film, of which Fox was also the executive producer.[2] It won the Audience Award at Scotland's Dead by Dawn horror-film festival, and later screened at at festivals in the US, South Korea and at the Fantasia Film Festival in Montreal.[3] In 2005 Fox directed Everything's Gone Green,[4] which was filmed in Vancouver.[5]

Fox was one of several directors for the television series This Life, which was filmed in Montreal in 2015.[6] In 2016 Fox won a Canadian Screen Award for his direction of the television series Schitt's Creek.[7]
