Paul Gotthilf Reinhold Baumgarten (5 May 1900 – 8 October 1984) was a German architect.

Life

Baumgarten was born in 1900 in Tilsit, East Prussia (now Sovetsk, Kaliningrad Oblast).^[1]

Eternit Building (Interbau, 1957)
reconstruction of the Reichstag building (1961–1973),^[2] not to be confused with the later remodeling by Norman Foster after German reunification
seat of the Federal Constitutional Court (1965–1969)^[3]
