Dyaco International Inc (1598.tw) is a publicly traded company on the Taiwan stock exchange corporation (TWSE; Chinese: 臺灣證券交易所). Founded in 1990, It operates internationally with offices and subsidiaries around the world. Head quartered in Taipei, Taiwan, they also have three factories and an additional administrative office in Taichung, Taiwan. Dyaco International is an exercise equipment manufacturer specializing in treadmills, elliptical trainers, stationary bikes, recumbent bikes, indoor rowers, and stair stepper for both household and commercial use.
Under it's various subsidiaries and licenses, Dyaco manufactures, distributes, and sells these brands:
- Spirit Fitness: Built their first fitness product in 1983. All products are iso-certified. prominent in both the home use and commercial fitness markets. Spirit Retail Manufacturing Inc. was acquired by Dyaco International in 2008.
- Sole Fitness: Sole Fitness manufacturers exercise equipment for the home use markets. Dyaco International became the international distributor for Sole Fitness in 2011, and acquired them in 2020.
- Xterra Fitness: Dyaco International established XTerra Fitness in 2012.
- Spirit Medical Systems Group: Established in 2013 in order to service the rehab and medical sectors for medically graded rehab equipment. licensed with Philips to produce high quality certified medical equipment in 2018.
- Spirit Commercial Fitness: Established in 2015 in order to focus on direct sales to the global commercial markets. Spirit Commercial Fitness focuses on cardio, strength, weights, cages, benches, and accessories for commercial level gyms and studios, as well as vertical markets such as hotels and multi-family residential communities.
- Spirit Combat Sports:Became an official global equipment licensee of UFC combat equipment in 2017. Focuses on Gloves, bags, fitness equipment, and other fighting accessories.
- Johnny G Spirit Bike: In 2017 Dyaco International partnered with Johnny G and licensed to become the sole distributer, designer, and producer of the Johnny G Spirit Bike.
