Diario Libre is a full color, free daily newspaper published in the Dominican Republic. Founded in May 2001, it was the first free daily in the country. The newspaper is owned by the Dominican company Multimedia Group Omnimedia. Other properties owned by the Group include the television station ONTV and the magazines Mujer Única and Estilos y Hábitat. Diario Libre is a member of the Latin American Newspaper Association.[1]

The newspaper is published Monday-through-Saturday and has a circulation of 140,010.

De lunes a sábado, con distribución de 140,010 ejemplares auditados por el IVC (Instituto Verificador de Circulaciones).

Es el primer diario en llegar cada mañana a 70,000 hogares y más de 500 puntos de expendio en el Distrito Nacional y las ciudades y provincias de Santo Domingo, Santiago, Puerto Plata, La Vega, Jarabacoa, Bonao, Moca, San Francisco de Macorís, San Pedro de Macorís, La Romana e Higüey.
