Vita Craft Japan (ビタクラフトジャパン) is a cookware company based in Kobe, Japan that was founded in 1974 under the name Imura & Company, LTD, but was renamed to Vita Craft Japan in 2001. Vita Craft Japan is not a subsidiary of Vita Craft, but rather is a separate entity. VitaCraft Japan is the exclusive importer of Vita Craft stainless steel cookware. Vita Craft Japan's products include pressure cookers and Tiger Corporation rice cookers. Vita Craft Japan began selling cookware at the flagship Mitsukoshi department store in the Nihonbashi district of Tokyo, but present day their products are sold in most all departments stores throughout Japan.
