"CAN YOU FEEL IT?"

Local rapper T.R.E, 21, put together this Nuggets song and performed it at halftime of a playoff game. He has been featured on KS 107.5 FM five times and 93.3 FM once, and his website is www.myspace.com/thatstre. Here are some lyrics:

"Dominate from downtown, or in the paint, try to bring the hoop down like my names Nene

Run the floor start the break just like LK, number 7 throwin passes just like Elway

Games on the line its lookin like Melo time, hittin buzzer beaters is normal for 1-5

Never satisfied Ill take you to overtime, losin ain't an option caz winnin is on my mind

Now we got the city rockin, we is who they watchin, and the motor stay runnin, never stoppin

Even with success got the hunger for more, 2 quarters down but im gunnin for 4

See the mode been attack since Chauncey came back, now the king of park hill got the city like that

Nuggets fans, where you at?, throw your towels in the sky, Can you feel it? get loud let em hear you outside"

Benjamin Hochman, The Denver Post
