I have seen this done by some industrious Wikipedians and am going to use Special:Random to pick a few articles (5), see what they look like and possibly improve them. I will exclude (ie try again) disambiguation pages or temp pages etc.

The draw:

1. (orig) Perfect Time, album (plenty of album articles around, good opportunity to understand them)
2. (orig) Gilles Perrault, French writer
3. (orig) Tai Nam Wan, bay in Hong Kong (geography, awesome)
4. (orig) Geordie lamp, 1815 mine lamp (an invention!)
   • Network Load Balancing, seems to be a sore thumb, has length but is barren and has red links. Might have to integrate this into existing article infrastructure. OK, after some thought it looks like I'll merge then redirect this to Load balancing (computing). So, reaching into the hat once again...
5. (orig) Moon (astrology), fair bit of info (don't know anything about this, could be a challenge)

None of the articles have inline citations, however Gilles Perrault has a bibliography with French books (not too useful for me). Perfect Time has only two short paragraphs with extensive stats and the only image present in the draw. In terms of the length the other 4 articles are similar with around 4 good paragraphs.--Commander Keane 11:22, 14 June 2006 (UTC)
