This lists Scottish islands that have the same name as another island (or another entity if it has and "Isle" or "Island" prefix of suffix).
- Isle of Arran, Arran Island redirects to the Scottish island but is also "Arran Island" in Canada and New Zealand and an alternative name for Eagle Island (New York), United States[1].
- Barra, there is also Ilha da Barra in Brazil and "Ilha da" means "Isle of" in Portuguese.
- Isle of Bute, there is also "Isle of Bute" in Canada, Bute Island is a red link but there is also "Bute Island" in British Columbia, Canada, Nunavut, Canada and New Zealand.
- Canna, Canna Island is a red link but there is also "Canna Island" in Canada.
- Coll, Coll Island is a red link but "Coll Island" is an alternative name for Cole Island in the United States and Bench Island in New Zealand.
- Isle of Ewe, Ewe Island is a red link but there is also one in Australia and 2 in Maine, United States[2].
