A sweets terrine is a terrine made from confectionery such as Haribo or other gummy style sweets. The worlds first sweets terrine was created in 2016 by British development chefs Abel Wilson and Luke Keyte.

The terrine is typically served cold and without garnish. The dish is noted for its intricate preparation and difficulty to slice. This has led some to claim the terrine is 'best seen but not eaten'.
