Founded (???) by (fixme) "Jimmy" Chen. Bankrupt (citing legal fees) 1993(?5?).

Notable for:

their cordless mouse in (fixme: 80s?) early 1990s
2nd (fixme: or third) largest distributor in early 1990s (above Logitech).
successful lawsuit (fixme: and countersuit) against Microsoft in the 1990s. ^[1]
The 'Z-Nix Case' (fixme: link<<<) is referenced as precident in all other Microsoft antitrust actions and suits, because Z-Nix 'won' their antitrust case against Microsoft. ^[2]
