Dr. Ajay B. Desai (born Ajay B Desai; 11 October 1942) has started his career with Bajaj Auto, Cadila Group & Kabra Group and now Chairman & Managing Director of Quality Catalyst Private Limited also known as QCPL an ISO certification and Management Consulting Company with 2000+ clients around the world. He is best known for his world record of conducting most number of Corporate Trainings in the world and hols various awards for same.
Early Life & Education
[edit]Born in small village called Umarsadi, Gujarat Dr. Ajay B. Desai completed his schooling from Sheth P.P. Mistry High School, Udwada, Gujarat in Gujarati Medium school and after schooling he completed his Graduation in Law (LLB) from Shah K. M. Law College, Valsad. He also holds Master Degree in Business Management (MBA) from University of Mumbai and M.Phil Degree for TQM (Total Quality Management) from University of Delhi.

Professional Career
[edit]After completion of MBA from University of Mumbai Dr. Ajay started working in Bajaj Auto at Aurangabad. He worked with Bajaj Auto, Cadila Group and Kabra Group in his early career of 15 years. After getting experience in various field he founded International Business Center now known as Quality Catalyst Private Limited, An ISO Consultant and Management Consultancy Company. He is currently Chairman and Managing Director of Quality Catalyst Private Limited.
