There has been no previous attempts to rate this article in quality or importance. I would assume that this article is of a B-range standard. To upgrade article in quality, I would suggest re-assessing the references as some are unreliable and one is a dead link. The article is also slightly inaccessible to those that have no prior knowledge/background in German language, as most of the links are to news articles written in German.~~~~
