WebFilings is a privately held Los Altos, California and Ames, Iowa-based company that develops and markets a fully-integrated, cloud-based solution dedicated to meeting SEC reporting requirements. WebFilings software allows reporting teams to collaborate in real-time on their financial reports from accounting close through SEC acceptance. The software also includes integrated EDGAR HTML conversion and XBRL mapping and tagging.
WebFilings customers are publicly traded companies from various industries including: business services, communications & media, energy & chemicals, entertainment, financial services, manufacturing, retail, travel & transportation, technology, telecommunications among others.
