Axis Alexander Geffen (born in the Year of the Dragon) is a Canadian-born, International Private Investigator and the Founder and President of Axis Vero Incorporated, an international Private Investigation Firm. He is relied upon globally for his insight into security operations and investigations of all kinds. Axis in a long standing author of security and investigation based articles, including those regularly published on the Shulman & Partners LLP Family Law Firm Online Knowledge Base. He is also known for his due diligence work on behalf of charitable organizations and infamous relatives, like his actress cousin, Emily VanCamp and his gamer daughter, Jewel Geffen (JOW_15).

Early life[edit]

Mr. Geffen was born in Brampton, Ontario. His father, George David Dowson, was a Security Guard and Site Supervisor with a vivid interest in wire-tapping and clandestine intelligence gathering. His mother, Rosalina Santos, was a Security Guard and Site Supervisor with extensive security experience but English was her second language. As a result, Mr. Geffen would assist her with report writing from a young age. His mother would explain what she wanted to say or needed the guards in her command to be aware of and Mr. Geffen would be tasked with writing up the reports (originally by hand and in later years by computer), formatting them to appear more professional and eventually in producing Site Instruction books, training materials, and producing work schedules. These skills later became the corner-stone of Mr. Geffen's career as first a Security Guard, later a Private Investigator, and ultimately as the President of his own international firm.
