Atomic Structure and Spectral Lines is an early twentieth century textbook on atomic physics by Arnold Sommerfeld. The book was referred to as the "Bible of atomic physics".[1] The book was developed from advanced lectuers in atomic physics that Sommerfeld gave at the University of Munich.

The book was referred to as the "Bible of atomic physics".[1] The book received several reviews in English,[3][4][5][6] along with notable reviews in German from Erwin Schrödinger[7] and Werner Heisenberg.[8] The book was used as a comparative benchmark for other physics textbooks as well.[9]
