Professor Sterling Frost is an Adjunct Professor and Senior Lecturer at the The University of the West Indies[1], and the Arthur Lok Jack School of Business[2]. He is an International Management Executive, holding a range or senior positions in the Financial Services sector. He is also a certified Executive Coach for the University of California, Berkeley.

In 2016 he joined the First Citizens Group as Deputy Chief Executive Officer – Operations and Administration[3]. Within the First Citizens Group he is a Board Member of several subsidiaries.
