Roger Garpenholm (born January 21, 1971 in Jönköping Sweden) moved to Strömstad in the early 80's and further to Värnamo in 1988. Started his own computer company while still going in school. He has always been working with digital media in different forms. First computer graphics and 3D animations, later broadband networks and high definition media systems. Helped start and forming the local broadband network in Värnamo in 1996, and was later employed by Värnamo Energy where he has worked since 1998.

Roger Garpenholm is also chairman of Värnamo lokal-TV förening, the local TV station in the area of Finnveden.
