I found a pdf with pictures of the "restraint chairs" used for force feeding at Guantanamo at http://www.defenselink.mil/pubs/pdfs/App12_Pt6.pdf . It seems to be an appendix from a document published in February 2009 -- likely Deputy CNO Pat Walsh's Guantanamo report. I tried similar URLs, and found other documents that appear to be appendices. But I didn't find the base document.
