The Gibraltar Neanderthal Caves and Environments is a site of known Neanderthal occupation in the British Overseas Territory of Gibraltar and as of 2015 is a candidate UNESCO World Heritage Site. The site is locates in the southeast of Gibraltar covering a large area of the peninsula from sea level where Bennett's, Gorham's, Vanguard and Hyaena Caves are located to the summit of the Rock of Gibraltar at O'Hara's Battery 426 metres (1,398 ft) above mean sea level.
