Glenn grew up in Spikkestad outisde Drammen, Norway. He picked up his first pair of drum sticks when he joined the local marching band at the age of 9. Many years and several bands later he joined Ansur in 2004. Glenn list Death metal, Black metal, Progressive and Jazz as his main influences.
