Indonesian Union of Nationalist Party (Indonesian: Partai Persatuan Nasionalis Indonesia, PPNI, was a right-wing Indonesian nationalist and anti-communist political party.
Ideology
[edit]Ideologically, PNI was ardently nationalist and anti-Communist that seeks to implement anti-Communist laws in Indonesia such as banning Communists parties in Indonesia and Communist symbols. The party adhere to nationalism as a shared national identity, in the context of a heterogeneous and tolerant nation. The party also seeks to protect and preseve indigenous Indonesian Culture and National Identity of Indonesia. The party also oppossed Mass immigration.
