Hatto Brenner (born 4 May 1940) is a german entrepreneur and author. He is general manager of AWI International Business Services. Its business Hatto Brenner & Co. GmbH is a international active consulting company for foreign trade with location in Erlangen and with offices in 40 countries.[1] Besides he is the president of the Union Deutscher Unternehmensberater (UDU) (union of german consultants) as well as of the European Union of medium-sized companies (EUMU). He writes specialist literature about foreign markets.

Professional work[edit]

Hatto Brenner works in the field of european and international sales and marketing consulting for small and medium-sized companies. With this consulting network he leads sales and marketing projects and passes on and realizes cooperation projects between european and international companies. He supports the internationalization of german companies and the foundation of foreign subsidiary firms.

From 1978 he was self-employed consultant and manager of AWI International Consultantsts.[2] 1980 took over the position as general manager of AWI International Business Services. Next to his board membership in several committees and organizations in the field of foreign trading he filled the position as president of the european union of medium-sized companies with seat in Brusselst.[3]

Besides he is author and publisher of verious specialist books and expert contributions in the field "export marketing" and "international business development as well as referent for export based management seminars.[4][5]
