Navi-X

The Navi-X Media Browser is an add-on for media centers and computers that offers content from an open-source media directory of multimedia content on the internet, allowing you to stream and download video, audio, pictures, podcasts, RSS, and text from all kinds of sources from the internet. It is essentially a content aggregator addon for the popular media center applications XBMC and Boxee. There is also accessibility to content in Navi-X from WiiMC, a popular media center application for the Nintendo Wii console. Navi-X is currently available through XBMC or Boxee on several operating systems including Windows, Mac, Linux, Apple TV and the original Xbox console (when modified).

Navi-X offers streaming internet television and video podcasts, music and internet radio, YouTube, ShoutCast, Flickr, and Twitter feed accessibility as well as other internet media formats. The Navi-X community of users add their own links to content they find on the internet into a playlist, then they can share it with other users, talk about it with others or just maintain their own personal list of content for viewing. Users can promote themselves as artists or organizations by adding their content to a Navi-X playlist to share with everyone. There is also a directory of popular public broadcasting networks of content including news, sports, shows, movies, music videos and live broadcasts from many popular websites.
