Personal Info[edit]

Igor Freiberger is a Brazilian type designer and federal public employee. Lives in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. Law Bachelor, he works on the Tribunal Regional do Trabalho da 4ª Região (Labour Tribunal for the Rio Grande do Sul state).

A DTP specialist, he was the first Brazilian professional certified by Adobe back in 1997. Worked as network administrator, TI teacher and graphic designer, he was also an award-wining researcher for University Federal of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). A former member of Amnesty International in Brazil, he helped the local chess federation and a number of NGOs.

Igor Freiberger develops typographical fonts with multiscript support, including all languages written using Latin, Cyrillic or Greek alphabets, besides phonetics and OpenType resources.
