Advanced Global Solution AGS SpA (known as AGS) is an Italian company with headquarters in Pero, (MI). The company develops innovative products, solutions and services for the insurance, banking, manufacturing, telco and media sectors. Founded in 1998 as a limited liability company by Bruno and Oscar Padrin, today it is managed by his sons Oscar and Stefano, respectively Chief Executive Officer and General Manager. In 2004 it took on the legal form of a joint stock company.

History

At its founding, the company offered exclusively IT consulting services. With a series of acquisitions of small-medium specialized companies such as Sibank srl, Exis srl, Open Technology Experts srl and Iale srl, AGS operates mainly in the insurance and banking sector .

According to the “TOP100 Software and IT Services in Italy 2019-2020” ranking drawn up by the Data Manager website, AGS ranks 94th and 50th in the ranking on “Software and IT Services Results in the Finance sector 2020”.

It is in 27th place in the "Italy's Best Employers 2022" ranking dedicated to the best operating companies in the "Internet, IT and telecommunications" sector.

In 2017 AGS began to diversify its offer, proposing projects dedicated to Industry 4.0 and developing Artificial Intelligence solutions, the subject of scientific papers .

In 2019 it acquired the majority of the shareholdings of ELKAR and Plastidite , two companies specialized in the sector of cast PMMA and plastics, for the production of Materica panels used in real estate redevelopment and energy efficiency.    

In November 2019 AGS signs a memorandum of understanding with Huawei for the creation of solutions for Artificial Intelligence dedicated to businesses. This was followed by the launch for the European market of AGS IdeaHub , a Huawei product with artificial intelligence and AGS applications.  

In May 2020 he acquired Trend Srl, a company specialized in the processing, construction and sale of plastic products from which he started the production of Materica panels for construction.

Since 2020 the AGS Real Estate Division has been operating as a General Contractor in an exclusive partnership with the historic construction company Pessina Costruzioni SpA, of which it acquires full control in September 2021.
