Just click on the image in question and see who uploaded it, then leave them a message on their talk page. By clicking on the "User contributions" link on the left side of a user's talk page you can see when they made their last edits and this will give you an idea if they are currently active and therefore likely to reply to any messages you leave for them. The image will also show you the licence of the image, so you may not need to contact them if there is an image of sufficient quality available for you to use with an appropriate licence. If you had linked to the images I could have checked them for you but I am not going searching around in the off chance of finding them. Hope that helps.
