HSI (Holiday Systems International) is a privately owned company, based out of Las Vegas, NV.

Founded in 1993 by Craig Morganson^[1], it is now one of the largest vacation exchange companies. HSI has a member base of over 300,000, as well as affiliated resorts in many countries around the world ^[2].

Corporate structure[edit]

HSI's CEO and President is Craig Morganson. HSI's corporate headquarters is located in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Currently, HSI's biggest competitors in the timeshare market are Interval International ^[3] and Group RCI ^[4].

Business model[edit]

Sometimes confused as being a Timeshare or Vacation Ownership company, HSI operates strictly as both a Vacation Exchange (including Travel Exchange) and hotel/resort reservation company^[5].

Associations[edit]

HSI has close ties and associations to several organizations including PETA^[6] and AMDETUR^[7]. HSI has also been a sponser of ARDA since 2002.

Awards[edit]

HSI's Craig Morganson was awarded the "ACE" award from ARDA in 2008^[8].
