One Of A Kind Restaurants

[edit]

Charlie Joseph's is the the longest-run family business in LaGrange and is the third largest hot dog eatery in Georgia falling behind Nathan's and Nu Way. They go the extra mile just to make people feel welcome and to feel like they're a part of the Charlie Joseph family. There aren't many restaurants you can go to where the employees know the customers by name. Although everything about Charlie Joseph's sounds amazing its hits some rough patches. Due to a false informed post on Facebook, a rumor spread that the business was soon to be shutting down. According to Joey Keeth said the post was made out of frustration due to bad parking for customers on Bull Street, also due to other businesses having to park there. Parking has been a issue for awhile but Joey Keeth has bigger plans for the family business. He is looking to franchise in the future, and he has marketed his spicy tomato relish. He is looking forward to selling this items in the restaurant and hopefully in stores as well, but is currently awaiting the production of the jars and labels.

History

[edit]

Charlie Joseph's opened its doors in 1920 and has been very succesful every since. Charlie Joseph's first location was at 107 Main Street, LaGrange, Georgia. where Charlie Joseph and his wife ran their business for 26 years. Sometime in 1946 the restaurant was moved to 128 Bull street, where it has become the oldest loctaion. Tragically Charlie Joseph died two weeks before the grand opening of the new location. Charlie Joseph's son Solomon Joseph took ownership over the family restaurant. Solomon Joseph ran the restaurant for about 40 years. Then sometime in 1985 Joey Keeth purchased Charlie Joseph's from his uncle Solomon Joseph. Joey Keeth soon opened a second loctaion at 2238 West Point Road, LaGrange, Georgia in 1992. Joey Keeth has worked at Charlie Joseph's for over 38-years, where he has learned many lessons and hopes to pass them down to others and put a smile on thier face with the awesome food served.

Reviews

[edit]

" Ladies and Gentlemen, boys and girls, clowns and synchronized swimmers: If Steven Spielberg were to do a movie on southern hospitality, small town charm, and include the encyclopedia Britannica's definition on what a delicious hot dog is, he could only film it at Charlie Joseph's. Get yourself a slaw dog, double cheeseburger, and get your kids name written in ketchup. I could be laid up with arthritis in one knee, pneumonia of my left lung, stubbed my pinky toe, and someone telling me I couldn't read good - but if you just utter the name Charlie Joseph's I'll smile like the first time I bit into their cheeseburger. Do yourself a favor and breathe in Americana at this fine, decade's trusted establishment. You make my heart warm Charlie Joseph's." - Richard K. from Silverdale, WA USA link for this review and other Charlie Joseph reviews are listed below.

Where do you need a citation? Wikipedia requires frequent citations. The rule of thumb is that every separate claim should be followed with a citation. Every paragraph following the introduction should have at least one citation, and in some cases, every sentence in a paragraph may need a citation. If you have written something potentially controversial, you may want to provide multiple citations for the same sentence. If in doubt, cite. [2]
