A centralized bibliography of references on the Hippopotamus and its related species. I have immediate access to most of these papers and books if you have a question from any of them. If you're thinking of seriously studying hippos you should start with the Eltringham book. It's a little dated on evolution and conservation information, but it's still a tremendous introduction with the most comprehensive bibliography I've ever encountered.
