Asia Vitale is a Filipina-American transgender health advocate, model and entertainer. She was born in Quezon City, Philippines and emigrated to Los Angeles, California in 1985. She is currently living in [California].

In 1991, she began as a performer at Arena Nightclub in Hollywood and eventually made the West Hollywood circuit performing at various clubs including Studio 21 (currently Factory Nightclub), The Buddah Lounge (currently Ultra Suede) as well as GLBT Pride Festivals including Long Beach and San Francisco. In 1998, she modelled for the internationally distributed Transgender HIV/AIDS awareness poster titled "Bionic Transgender - Woman". She again modelled for the poster's 10th year anniversary in 2008.

Asia was a cast-member of the first ever all-Transgender cast of Eve Ensler's Vagina Monologues in 2004 which was featured in the documentary "Beautiful Daughters". She was the love interest in the music video "Tell Me The..." by Josh Klipp. It is a groundbreaking music video which shows a unique love story of a female to male transgender R&B artist, Josh Klipp, with a male to female transgender personality, Asia Vitale.

As an advocate for transgender health she was a featured spokesperson in the 2008 The Banyan Tree Project Transgender and HIV/AIDS Public Service Announcement and as a performer at the 2009 National HIV Prevention Conference in Atlanta, GA. She has spoken at numerous events, television and magazine interviews on transgender issues such as health, education and equal rights.
