Introduction[edit]

Berberis wilsonae[1] is a kind of plants in Genus Berberis[2] . This plant grows only in China especially in Yunnan province, Tibet, Sichuan province,Qinghai province, Jiangxi province, Gansu province[3]. It was deciduous [4]or evergreen shrubs [5]which is about 1 meter high. This plant red brown branches is half a lie with tiny fur. It leaves looks like leathery with Pour egg shaped spoon or oblanceolate. Its followers are golden yellow, berries is nearly spherical with red cortex. It always grow in an altitude of 2000-4200 - m hillsides, or thickets on the side of the road. It always seed propagation.

Growth habitat[edit]

Those kinds of plants have no specific requirements of light. They are both sciophilousand[6]and heliophilous[7]. Also they can survive in very cold environment, even in the harsh solid. The plants are very easy to rise as you just need to have loose solid and less water the same as growth the cactus.

Berberis wilsonae was dedicated by William Botting Hemsley at Ernest Henry Wilson who collected in China in Sichuan. The specific epithet was first spelled Wilson then corrected wilsoniae index Tropicos uses the second declension Latin genitive - wilsonii - in accordance with Article 60.11 of the Code botany. This plants with cool nature and will act into the liver, stomach, colon. This plants can clear heat and dry dampness also purging fire for removing toxin. The plant specialized treatment dysentery, sore carbuncle swollen poison. And healing oral aphthae in children and conjunctivitis. It also benifit for treating diarrhea and cough. [9]

At that age a poor Chinese familiy was suffering a hard time as the dysentery raged their village. Even the lambs were died for this. The Death seems rise this poor village. Poeple had no idea, the doctors were trying to help, but they still died.There was a cowherd owned only two cattles. His baby cattle also had that problem. He was worried about it. However, as he grazed them at the hillside, the cattle was healed. He was shocked and he followed the cattles next day, and find it ate Berberis wilsoniae's fruits. He told the doctor about it. Then they used this kinds of plants to defeat illness.[11][citation needed]
