Tom Sandoval
[edit]Thomas Anthony Sandoval is an American model, actor, television personality, musician, and businessman. He is best known as a cast member on Bravo's reality television series Vanderpump Rules.

Early life
[edit]Thomas Anthony Sandoval was born in St. Louis, Missouri.[1] He graduated from Hazelwood West High School, North St. Louis County in 2001.[2] Upon moving to Los Angeles, Sandoval met his future Vanderpump Rules co-star, Tom Schwartz, on Craiglist, and they moved in together. Shortly after, Jax Taylor also moved in with the pair.[3]
Career
[edit]Sandoval started to model in 1998 at the age of 15.[4] He was originally discovered by his dermatologist, who sent him to the local talent agency Talent Plus, where he was signed.[5]
Sandoval appears as Jack in the 2002 music video for "Misunderstood" by Bon Jovi. He reprised his role as Jack in the 2003 music video for Bon Jovi's "All About Lovin' You".[6]
Since 2013, Sandoval has been a main cast member on Bravo's reality television series Vanderpump Rules. He is a former bartender, having previously worked at Villa Blanca before moving to SUR Restaurant & Lounge, two West Hollywood hotspots co-owned by Lisa Vanderpump and her husband, Ken Todd.[7]
Sandoval is a co-author of the mixology book, Fancy AF Cocktails: Drink Recipes from a Couple of Professional Drinkers, written with Ariana Madix and Danny Pellegrino.[8] The book was published by Houghton Mifflin Harcourt on December 3, 2019.[9] In December 2020, the trio faced a lawsuit filed by author Alison Baker over an alleged breach of contract. The lawsuit was settled in May 2022.[10]
In November of 2021, Sandoval made his performing debut with his cover band "Tom Sandoval & The Most Extras". While this is Sandoval's fourth band he's been apart of, "Tom Sandoval & The Most Extras" only performs covers of popular songs.[11] Some of the songs the band performs include "Stacy's Mom" by Fountains of Wayne and "Take On Me" by A-ha.
In 2023, Sandoval competed in season ten of The Masked Singer as "Diver." He was eliminated on "NFL Night".[12] He also appeared on season 2 of Special Forces: World's Toughest Test and was disqualified on the season finally.[13]
Personal life
[edit]Sandoval was in a relationship with Kristen Doute from 2007 to 2013.[14] Sandoval was in a relationship with Ariana Madix from 2013 to 2023.[15] The pair originally met when they were both bartending at Lisa Vanderpump's restaurant Villa Blanca.[16] He separated publicly from Madix after it was revealed that he had cheated on her with her friend and Vanderpump Rules co-star, Raquel Leviss. The media outlets referred to their break-up and its aftermath as "Scandoval."[17]
Sandoval currently resides in Valley Village, California in his shared home with ex-partner Ariana Madix.[18]
Scandoval Controversy
[edit]In March 2023, it was discovered that Sandoval had been having a six-month-long affair with Vanderpump Rules co-star, Raquel Leviss. Sandoval had been performing with his cover band when he dropped his phone and it was given to his then-partner Ariana Madix, who searched through his phone and found evidence of the affair.[19]
