Community Matters

Community Matters was a chat show that broadcast on QA Hospital Radio each Friday between 11 am & 2 pm. It was transmitted to the patients of the Queen Alexandra Hospital in Cosham and to an ever growing audience on-line. In it, Andrew Ross Hay & Neil Blanks, got out and about within the community to give a voice to charities, volunteer organisations, events organisers, actors, musicians, celebrities, authors, politicians, historians, and indeed anyone in Portsmouth or surrounding district with an interesting story to tell. The title, created by Andrew, reflects the importance of community, and that of the events that go on within it. It ran for 156 episodes, over six series from 2015-19.
