Michael Jason Laboy is a Queens, New York City based Nightlife Entrepreneur & Travel Enthusiast who Operates the popular TrapHouse Gentlemen’s Club Located in Ozone Park, Queens, NY. He is one of the most influential Promoters and Businessmen in his town of Queens, NY. Raised by a Single Mother with 3 other siblings in Astoria,Queens, NY.

Early Life

Attended Long Island City high school in Long Island City, Queens where he was one of the city’s Best standout Varsity Basketball Players. He was featured in the Daily News for his basketball talent. He was also recognized for his talent by Newsday & TimesLegder. After not receiving any notable basketball scholarships he decided to just go get a nice college education with aspirations to one day become a Sports Agent so he attended St. John’s University.

Career

At age 20, he decided to drive a taxi while he attended college to make ends meet. At age 26 after Graduating from college he decided he was going to open a Lounge with all the money he had saved from Driving Taxi for the last 7 years rather than pursue a career with his education. The lounge would be called The L Lounge one of the most popular Lounges in Queens frequented by NBA Players such as JR Smith, Tim Hardaway Jr., Shane Larkin, Rappers Vado, Styles P, Joe Budden. Also visited by popular reality star Erica Mena and other popular vixens. That club eventually closed down and he bought into local club called “Club Medusa” but that was short lived due to partnership disputes. After sitting at home generating ideas he contacted a long time friend who was a struggling club owner and partnered with him and created “TrapHouse Gentlemens Club” in December 2015. This gentlemen’s Club is one of the more popular spots known for Celebrity Clientele Including JR Smith, Lou Williams, Jim Jones, Juelz Santana, Jadakiss, Capone & Noreaga, Mobb Deep, Memphis Bleek, Safaree, Dave East, DJ Self, DJ Drewski, DJ Snuff, DJ Sussone, Mariah Lynn, Don Q, Uncle Murda, Young M.A., Cardi B, Tony Yayo, Troy Ave, Manolo Rose, Casanova, Cassidy, Vado, Red Cafe & JR Writer. Tru Life. Maino Jaquae, Fred Da Godson, Phresher & Kid the Wiz The Gentleman’s Club is currently in jeopardy of closure due to Community issues.
