The Gateway School of New York is a private school for learning disabled children in New York City.

Founding

The Gateway School was founded in 1965 by Elizabeth Freidus and Claire Flom. Mrs. Flom had a learning disabled child and Mrs. Friedus was a pioneer in the treatment of learning disabled children. ^[3].
