User:PigFlu Oink/SwineFlu SourceTracker

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

This page is for tracking international numbers of swineflu cases as reported by National Health Agencies. Please Feel Free to edit this page Conversations should go on the discussion page.

Purpose

[edit]

National Agencies are the Primary Source for numbers, however because of thier nature as goverment agencies, they often lag behind media reports. Without getting into a discussion weather goverment or media outlets are more credible; whenever the Goverment numbers are current they should be the stated source. Consider what the article will look like in 2010 (assuming we aren;t all dead), Offical Government and International sources would be preferable to NBC3 Australia and RadioParis.

Comments about data table

[edit]

Currently I'm not using this table to track proposed cases because:

  1. CDC isn't reporting those; states are
  2. I'm not sure what standard other nations are using

I envision using a seperate table for tracking proposed or suspected cases/deaths. --PigFlu Oink (talk) 23:12, 2 May 2009 (UTC)
