Eduardo (Ed) Garay (born November 18, 1957) is a senior research programmer and assistant director of the Academic Computing and Communications Center at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is an instructional technologist noted for introducing advanced technologies to the classroom, in particular, learning management systems. Garay is also an advocate for applying assistive technology into every aspect of the academe.
