The 2020 CONCACAF Regions League was the inagural edition of the CONCACAF Regions League, a quaternary tournament to determine a group stage berth into the the tertiary CONCACAF Confederations League. The runner-up and semifinalists will earn berths into the qualifying rounds.
The tournament was scheduled to begin on 7 April 2020 and conclude on 15 May 2020, with the final being held at Bold Stadium in Austin, Texas, United States. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the tournament was delayed to 20 May 2020, and all matches were a single-leg, played in the Greater Austin area, with all matches played without spectators in attendance.
Mexican club UNAM won the inaugural Regions League, defeating fellow Mexican outfit, Toluca, in the final.
